Appointment Confirmations

As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments are confirmed 72-hours prior to the scheduled service by text message. Should you not confirm via text message we may follow up with a call or email within 24-hours of your appointment.

Scheduling Recommendations

Pre-booking appointments in advance are strongly advised. Due to Covid-19 restrictions services are by appointment only.

Our scheduling structure was designed to ensure enough time has been set aside for each of your services. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Please understand that in consideration for all of our guests, your appointment may need to be altered and/or rescheduled if you arrive late.

Payment Options

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • All major credit cards
  • Cash
  • Personal checks with valid ID
  • La Belle Vie Salon gift cards

Menu prices are subject to change without notice. Refer to the salon menu for further details.

Deposits

Some services may require a deposit at the time of scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable to other services.

Virtual Consultations

For new guests, we require a virtual consultation for you to become acquainted with your stylist and allow enough time to address any questions you may have before receiving your service(s). Our team consists of highly trained professionals that will advise you on the color, style or treatment that best suits you.

Cancellations

In consideration for our guests and team, we require the courtesy of a minimum of 48 hours advanced noticed when cancelling a scheduled appointment. Cancellations after 48 hours may result in a 50% service fee left to the discretion of your stylist. All future service appointment(s) will need to be secured with an accepted credit card to guarantee the appointment(s). Your credit card number will be kept securely in your history file. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies.

Service Area And Children

For the safety and consideration of our guests and team, only those receiving services will be permitted in the salon until Covid-19 restrictions allow us to open up our waiting area.

Loss And Damage

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.

A 100% satisfaction guarantee. It is of utmost importance that every guest leaves happy with the services they were provided by our team. We will be glad to make any corrections within 48 hours of a haircut, one week of a coloring and two weeks of a perm, wave or straightening service as long as proper care and home maintenance instructions were followed.
